Tasting notes: This Alsace Pinot Gris develops hints of fresh
and juicy stone fruits. It also tastes a bit milky and after
roasted nuts. The wine is large and rich but tastes dry. The very
elegant acidity refreshes this extraordinary wine.
Pairing: Try it with white meat, pan-fried mushrooms with cream,
gratins, or strong hard cheeses like Comté orBeaufort.
Aging potential: Five years.

Domaine Rieflé vineyards are located six miles away from Colmar
in the southern part of Alsace.The AOC ALSACE vines are growing on
more or less deeper sediment soils, mostly marles, which enhance
the specific taste of the grape itself.

Vinification: slow fermentation in stain-less steel vats, aging
