months, with the same care as its Côte de Rouffach big brother,
displays flavors of a bowl of red berries. On the palate, the
tannins are supple and the final touch goes toward spicy notes.
Pairing: This Pinot Noir will accompany your grilled meats, some
soft cheeses Camembert, Brie, etc.), and Asian spicy dishes like
lamb tagine or couscous.
