Like Sister Moon, this wine is also a Super Tuscan (IGT),
comprising Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and a
small quantity of Merlot. It is an intense wine for day-to-day
drinking. Casino delle Vie is named after a property on the
estate. Literally it means ‘little house by the roads’, but a more
colloquial interpretation might be ‘the muddle of ways’, inviting
philosophical musings on the paths we take in life ... after a few
glasses of wine of course!
